If hands aren't visible, it's an icon.

If hands, but not legs are visible, it's a half.

If legs are visible, it's a full.

If a background contains simple flat shapes, it will be considered simple

If a background contains a lot of plants, has a lot of details or needs a precise perspective, it will be considered complex

Extra poses for the same drawing will be priced depending on the amount of change needed (up to +60% of the base character price each). If the amount of change needed exceeds that threshold, it will be priced as a separate character

Extra outfits will cost up to +60% each of the sum of the base character and modifiers listed above

Extra facial expressions for the same drawing will cost +10% each of the icon category of the same render level as the rest of the character

Cutting layers for "PNGTuber Plus" rigging will cost +10% of the sum of the base character and modifiers listed above

Extra characters will be priced separately at full cost, even if it's the same character drawn multiple times

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustrations you will receive. They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.

If you have any technical requirements like size of an image, dpi, color profile (like RGB or CMYK), format of an image etc, please inform me beforehand.

After the first sketch is sent, I require full payment before I continue working on the commission.

I only accept payment directly to the Monobank card or through Donatello.

Commissioner will pay for the transaction fee if there is any.

Provide a clear reference image of the character or collection of photos. I do not work with just a verbal description.

Mood boards are welcome!

Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.

I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.

Sketch and following in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res images.

One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase.

A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/lineart stage.

Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has stopped will incur additional fees.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

If you do not want your commission to be shown before a certain date, please inform me. I will refrain from posting it until an agreed date.

If you do not want your commission to be posted by me at all, it will cost extra.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Color in my sketches or lineart.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
